Returns will only be accepted from Emtek® dealers. Any refunds can only be made to an Emtek® dealer.

To process a return, fill out the linked PDF form with the information indicated. Click here for RGA Form. Include this form in the package with the returned goods. To receive a UPS® Return Service call tag accept our terms and conditions and click on the link below to be taken to our UPS® return site.

For Yale Expressions™ product deemed defective or a result of factory/processing errors. Please contact EMTEK Customer Service for return authorization and an RGA#.

Sending merchandise does not constitute a commitment to refund any purchase amount. Returns must still comply with our standard warranty and return policy. Anything returned not related to an Emtek® error or warranty issue will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Call tags related to an Emtek® error or warranty item will not be charged. All other tags will be subject to a per package charge of $20USD in the United States and $35USD in Canada & Mexico, which will be deducted from any refund amount.

IMPORTANT: Returns will only be accepted for products shipped within 120 days of invoice date. All returned goods are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Returns for reasons other than an EMTEK factory or processing error will be subject to our customary restocking fee with a return freight charge of $20.00 per label/carton in the United States or $35.00 per label/carton in Canada or Mexico. This charge will be deducted from the credit issued for each call tag. No freight will be charged if the return is sent prepaid.
