Assembler III
The Assembler is responsible for a sequence of operations to correctly assemble door lock mechanisms. The Assembler must be able to use a variety of hand tools — e.g., air drill, fixtures, etc.
The Assembler also has the following requirements:
· Follow instructions and test equipment to assure quality
· Responsible for meeting assembly hourly production quota
· Attention to detail, to assure quality assurance at a timely manner
· Able to lift up to 50 lbs for assembly; materials need to be transported from one area to another with a tray weighing a minimum of 15-50 lbs)
Instructions:
1. An assembler is to follow FIFO guidelines when proceeding to their next order.
2. Read and understand the order correctly and start the assembly process (Top to bottom). Product is to be assembled in pairs.
3. Start with the external assembly process
4. Place Knob/lever on work table
5. Attach plastic washers
6. Add grease
7. Place shims, plate and springs. (Depending on requested item)
8. Test handle to ensure proper mechanism function. (Verify that installation is not too tight nor too lose) Team lead can assist trainee with an accurate feel of a correct tightness)
9. Add springs/spindles to the handle (make needed adjustments as needed)
10. Proceed with assembling the inside component (Repeat 1-10 instruction
11. Trainee must complete Hour by hour sheet, with dates, times and discrepancies through the process. (This is to see how many locks the trainee completed in that hour, includes, trainee stepped going away from the dept.)
Department cleanliness:
1. Maintain a clean work station throughout entire shift
2. Only keep product needed
3. Refill individual bins/ shared bins
Training Stages:
Day 0-27: Must be able to complete 10 pairs per hour
Day 27-55: Must be able to complete 15 pairs per hour

Security Guard – Lead

Primary Workspace: Guard Post
Job Description: Oversees the functions of the security team. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points. Review and report parking violations. Monitors incoming correspondence from other departments. Collaborates with Facilities manager to ensure security.
Day-to-day: Your shift will begin early morning, opening the gates to our facility and monitoring the incoming employee traffic during the morning influx. You will review emails and other correspondence from other departments and put together an informal agenda for the day. You will do regular patrols of the facility, typically using the security golf cart. Much of the day will be spent at the guard post at the main entrance, screening employees, visitors, and delivery drivers, and also utilizing the surveillance equipment to monitor other access points. As a lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the daily assignments of yourself and the other guards. Your primary objective will be to ensure that daily security goals are achieved and the premises remain secure.

The final packer will assist our final pack department as final checkpoints between buyer and manufacturer, packagers perform several important functions. They must ensure that all items are in correct order.

Shipping and receiving worker are responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received by the company. Must be able to pack goods that need to be shipped (packed goods are consolidated into one box and can weigh up to 65 lbs.), creating shipping, mailing labels, shipping documents to ensure that orders are filled correctly. Must have knowledge of using scanner to scan barcodes to store information into computer.
